Diane began her career in real estate in 2000 where she quickly made a name for herself by earning the title of "Rookie of the Year" in her first year. She went on to become a Top Producer for eight consecutive years and established her reputation as one of the most talented and effective brokers in the area, a testament to her dedication to providing exceptional service to her clients and subsequently, to her agents. Prior to her career in real estate, Diane worked in banking for 20 years as a branch manager and senior loan officer. This experience gives her a strong foundation in marketing and finance, which she has leveraged to great effect in her real estate career.

 

Diane has been happily married for over 40 years and is the proud mother of two wonderful men. When she's not busy leading the top-producing team at Harry Norman Realtors, she loves reading books about business and growth.
